5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
As a Community Interest Company, our resources are often committed in advance to tutors and materials. Our policy is as follows:
5.1 Workshops and One-Off Events

Cancellations by You: * To receive a full refund, you must notify us at least 7 days before the event start date.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as materials will have been purchased and tutors booked.

You may transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost, provided you inform us in writing before the event.

Cancellations by Us: * If we have to cancel a workshop (e.g., due to tutor illness or low numbers), we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
5.2 Memberships (if applicable)

Memberships are typically billed on a [monthly/annual] basis.

You may cancel your membership at any time by giving 30 days notice.

Refunds are not provided for partial months of membership already used.
5.3 Studio or Space Hire

We are a creative and inclusive community. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask individuals to leave our physical premises or digital platforms if they:

Fail to follow health and safety guidance provided by our staff.
7. Limitation of Liability
